Director, Tea Research and Extension Station, COA
Tsung-Chen Su is the Director of the Council of Agriculture’s Tea Research and Extension Station in Taiwan, a position he has held since 2019. Prior to joining the Tea Research and Extension Station, he worked with the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan’s Agriculture and Food Agency in various positions around the country, including Regional Director, Section Director, and Section Chief. He holds a PhD in Agronomy from National Chung Hsing University.
Founder, Eco-Cha
自1989年以來,金安迪大部分的時間都住在臺灣,開始熏習並愛上臺灣在地茶葉文化。在此因緣下,1993年他來到了鹿谷鄉農會林獻堂的家拜師學茶藝,持續探索茶世界,對臺灣的茶情有獨鍾。由於對茶的熱情,1997年安迪創立了「一口茶」品牌開始外銷高品質的烏龍茶,「一口茶」的宗旨為將永續企業經營的理念專門運用到臺灣在地的特色茶產業。
Andy Kincart has lived mostly in Taiwan since 1989. In 1993, his appreciation for the local tea culture that he had already developed led him to the home of Tony Lin of the Lugu Farmers' Association. Since then, it has been an ongoing exploration of the world of tea which has provided a fulfillment that is unique to Taiwan. Since 1997, Andy has been sharing this passion for tea as a private exporter of quality Oolong Tea. His company Eco-Cha is founded on the tenets of sustainable business practices as applied exclusively to the local specialty tea industry in Taiwan.

Chief Executive Officer, Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation
Muh-Rong Su is the CEO of Tse-Xin Organic Agriculture Foundation in Taipei, Taiwan. Previously, he worked with the Council of Agriculture (COA), Executive Yuan’s Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute. Most recently, Muh-Rong serves as an Organic Farming Consultant for COA’s Taoyuan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station and is a member of its Organic Promotion Advisory Committee. He is currently Director of the Chinese Sustainable Agriculture Association. In 2017, Muh-Rong was the recipient of Taiwan’s Top Ten Outstanding Agricultural Experts Award. Additionally, he received the Forestry and Nature Conservation Merit Award in 2018. He holds a Master’s of Agronomy degree from National Chung Hsing University.

Division Chief of Tea Processing, Tea Research and Extension Station, COA
Mei-Ju Yang is currently Division Chief of Tea Processing at the Council of Agriculture’s Tea Research and Extension Station. After working with the Forestry Bureau’s Dongshih Forest District Office, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Sciences at National Central University. Mei-Ju earned her PhD in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture from National Taiwan University, where she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Horticulture.

Director, Shizuoka Prefecture’s Taiwan Office
Teizo Miyazaki is the Director of Shizuoka Prefectural Office in Taiwan, a position he has held since 2013. In 2002, he joined the Shizuoka Prefectural Office to serve as the person in charge of environmental education and public health programs. In 2008, Teizo was responsible for expansion of exchanges between Shizuoka Prefecture and Taiwan, and the establishment of air routes. He came to Taiwan with the opening of its branch office in 2013, and is currently responsible for supporting tourism, economic development, and exchanges between governments and civil society.

Shuan-Han Huang has a Master’s degree in Agricultural Chemistry from National Taiwan University. After appointment as a researcher at Taiwan Sugar Research Institute, he joined the Council of Agriculture’s Tea Research and Extension Station in 2018 as a Research Assistant. His research interest is in the area of ingredient analysis.
